Slava Solonitsyn is a tech entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and ESG expert with more than 17 years of experience designing and developing new products, mentoring, investing, and community building in Europe, the US, and Asia. His main areas of focus include hard tech, IoT, construction and sustainable tech.

With extensive expertise in launching and scaling startups, Slava also helps others lead positive change, guiding founders with high-impact missions as an angel investor and advisor. Slava speaks at prominent events such as Collision, F.ounders, Web Summit, and the World Economic Forum.

Dmitry Starodubtsev is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, technologist, and sustainability expert who has developed over 50 products and holds 14 US patents. Prior to Mighty Buildings, he founded CreoPop, developing the world's first cool-touch 3D pens that are now sold in more than 2500 stores in 60+ countries. Prior to CreoPop, he was CEO and Co-Founder of DI Group, an engineering firm he scaled up to 120+ employees, developing over 50 products and technologies for clients from over 15 different countries. Dmitry holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Physics from Tomsk State University.

Russ Atassi is Mighty Buildings Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing operations through his previous roles at Airbnb, Facebook Oculus, Apple, Google, General Motors, and Ford. Throughout his professional career, Russ has developed and scaled global supply chain and hardware manufacturing operations for leading Silicon Valley tech companies. He holds a BSE degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn, an MSE from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and an MS from Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT).

Rene Griemens has 30 years of global experience in high-growth technology, investment banking, and strategy consulting including his CFO role at Volocopter, the world’s first sustainable air mobility business. At Volocopter, Rene led fundraising efforts totalling more than $340 million in equity and $1 billion in debt. He has also served as CFO at the German fintech firm Kreditech Group and in other executive roles at IEG, dooyoo.com, and McKinsey. Rene holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cologne and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mark Aldrich brings decades of legal expertise in regulatory compliance, product development, and go-to-market strategies. before Mighty Buildings, Mark led the legal team supporting new product R&D at Airbnb. He has served in long-term secondment roles as Senior Product and Privacy Counsel for Google, VMWare, Autodesk, NVIDIA, and Intel. Mark has also served as outside General Counsel to global startup and emerging growth tech companies. He has a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BS in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Chris Murphy is an experienced product leader focused on urban housing and the built environment. He brings a wealth of experience in software and technology as well as urban planning and policy. Chris graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with a degree in International Politics. His work has been featured by publications including The New York Times, Entrepreneur, TechCrunch, and TheSan Francisco Chronicle.

Alexey Dubov is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur in technological innovation and advancement for the construction industry. Together with his partners, he created 3D printing technology to help solve the housing and climate crises by transforming how the world builds homes. Alexey is also a startup advisor and angel investor. His contributions in the field of operations and team growth for complex technologies are supported by multiple breakthrough inventions. He founded tech startups across the globe in the US, Germany, Russia, and Singapore, including two successful exits.

Tanya Serykh brings over 15 years of experience in the field of sustainability, management consulting, and IT, working in leadership roles in non-governmental organizations, industrial corporations and software development. She has developed and executed sustainability and digital strategies for many of the largest industrial companies. She started her career at the World Wildlife Federation (WWF) as the Head of Oil & Gas Environmental Policy Programme. She worked for nine years at Accenture, consulting leading heavy industry companies on sustainability, business, and digital transformation.

Sunita Raja is a business technology leader with over 15 years of experience in IPO, digital transformation, global delivery, and M&A integration. She has extensive experience delivering innovative solutions with strong credibility for companies like Udemy, Yelp, and Gap. She leads, trains, and mentors large, high-performing on-shore and offshore teams. She has a BA from Osmania University.

Anton is an international entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in IoT and IIoT businesses, including extensive experience in advanced manufacturing.

He started his own IoT hardware design lab right after his graduation from Samara State Aerospace University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in math economics and a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering. In 2015, Anton sold his design lab for a profit and  founded Glance Tech, Inc., later successfully launching the world's first smart wall clock in 2016.

Yonah Naftaly brings over 12 years of experience in various construction disciplines, including advanced, alternative, and mostly off-site methods, combining knowledge in traditional approaches with more forward-thinking processes. Yonah has owned a successful construction business since 2010 and previously was Director of Field Operations at the pre-fabrication housing construction company Veev. Yonah is a licensed general B contractor in California and an honors graduate of structural engineering and construction project management from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art.
